  39. yep.. just talked to usr, and the response time to tech support 
  40. for the courier line is really fast.. anyways, yeah.. the courier
  41. desktop line will support caller id and distinctive ring in a 
  42. flash rom soon. which is pretty amazing. it was me and other peoples
  43. opinions that the courier modem could not support caller id because
  44. something about the courier cannot sample stuff on phone line
  45. before it actually picks up the line.. i guess me and a bunch of
  46. other people in comp.dcom.modems were totally wrong in this area?
